| Q. What is staging? | A. Staging is what you do to prepare your home for sale. The goal is to make it as attractive as possible, to the the majority of your potential buyers, using whatever budget you have to work with. See Staging Explained and Staged to Sell for a more in depth explanation. |
| Q. What is the point of staging my home? |
A. The point of staging is to give your property a competitive edge in your market. You property has to look as good as, or better than, your competition in order to win offers. If your buyers see 10 houses, which do you think will stand out? The staged or unstaged properties? We know from experience; buyers overwhelmingly prefer staged homes. The point of staging is to maximize your home's potential, helping you sell quickly and for top dollar. See Staging Explained and Staged to Sell for a more in depth explanation. |
| Q. Is decorating the same as staging? |
|
| Q. How much does it cost to stage? | A. Your investment in staging is based on your budget, and your needs. How much can you afford to put into the sale of your home? The more you can invest, the better your results...But even a little staging goes a long way. You could spend as little as $199, and see major results, or you could go to the other end of the spectrum and invest $3000 or more to transform your property into a model home. It depends on your property, your target market, and your budget. Check out our Staged to sell page to learn more about your staging options. |

| Q. How does staging work? |
|
| Q. Which rooms should I stage? | A. To begin with, you'll want to stage the common areas and, if possible, the master bedroom. Common areas are rooms like the kitchen, bath rooms, living room, family room, and dining room. If you have a smaller two bedroom home, you may decide to stage both bedrooms for a sense of continuity. Homes with 3 or more bedrooms often leave the spare rooms empty and unstaged. It really depends on your budget, your price range, and your target market. But don't worry...just schedule your free consultation, and we'll help you sort it out. Although we can handle last minute orders, it's always a good idea to call for your consultation at least 1-2 weeks before you want to go on the market. That ensures that you'll get the perfect furniture selections and delivery date for your property. Contact us to schedule your free consultation! |

| Q. What "style" will be used in my home? |
Every home has is different, but we always believe in a clean clutter-free look. Remember, the home is what should be on display, not the decor. |
| Q. Should I get my house professionally cleaned? |
A. You should definitely get your house DEEP cleaned at least once before you go on the market. You want even the corners and cracks to sparkle... The idea is to have a home that looks like new. You want to lure your buyers with a picture of dust-less, smudge-less, perfection. Plus, you should maintain it regularly. If you are away, have your Realtor oversee cleaners before every open house. Super Stagers does offer deep cleaning services. Please contact us to schedule a free consultation. |
